The OFFICIAL Breakin’ Convention CLT 2015 recap following our first ever festival at Blumenthal Performing Arts, Charlotte, NC in the USA hosted by Jonzi D and Bluz!
Breakin’ Convention, the renowned international festival of hip hop dance, invaded the Queen City October 2015. Direct from London’s Sadler’s Wells theatre, the festival will featured performances by hip hop stars from around the globe and the local community.
This two-day celebration of hip hop culture featured Friday and Saturday night shows at the Knight Theater that took hip hop dance off the streets and onto the stage, showcasing some of the world’s great hip hop stars in the process.
During the day we also had free activities and performances in venues across the Levine campus, including live DJs, graffiti, hip hop dance workshops where you can test your skills, free performances, after parties and much so more.
