From the standpoint of Rhetoric the phrase "Under appropriate medical supervision" is a middle way between the interests of the general population [i.e the poor majority] and the interests of our elected Representatives [i.e the rich minority]. The former favor Freedom while the latter favor controlled settings mediated through corporate bureaucracies that would ruthlessly brand shamanic experience with a hot iron. It's a shame that our constitution leans towards oligarchy, this forces our legal representatives to tow a line that strays from democracy by using Health as a Midas Trojan horse.
