Dr. David Erritzoe is the Director at the Centre for Psychedelic Research, Imperial College London. Dr. Erritzoe is a psychiatrist and neuroscientist holding a Clinical Senior Lectureship in General Psychiatry at Imperial College London, focusing on neuropsychopharmacology and psychedelic research.
In this talk Dr. Erritzoe will give an overview of what is going on in Imperial’s Centre for Psychedelic Research. The talk includes key recent findings and what compounds and what indications are in focus for next steps. Data will also be shown on possible neuromechanistic actions. Lastly, some of the challenges that the field has on the path towards large-scale implementation of this novel treatment paradigms will be discussed.
