All the greats from all genres revere Jimi Hendrix. And on the internet you see idiots who have no idea of his importance to the guitar before and after him, trying to belittle him.
Just finished the entire Floyd catalog on Spotify. . How did they go from Obscured by Clouds to Dark Side and Meddle?! Total transformation. And then their last album, The Endless River returns to their roots.
THE GREATEST EVER, GO TO MY CHANNEL JIMI PLUS ALL CLASSIC GUITARISTS.. KEEP CLASSIC ROCK AND BLUES ALIVE. OUR GREATEST LOSS TO MUSIC EVER. JIMI WILL ALWAYS LIVE.
Imagine for one minute your fans are the Rolling Stones and The freaking Beatles. Yeah you got serious street cred. Some people have it but I sure don’t.
I would have Liked to be broke and go to Blaise’s. A hipsters place, where did he live? He was not broke in the sense of having nothing whatsoever, he had plenty of people to help him, comes from a money background, his dad had a good job at Cambridge university
I was born in the late 60s, too young to appreciate Hendrix's music while he was alive. I was a teen metalhead when I happened to catch Jimi Plays Monterey on cable. Was hooked immediately. Something ya gotta keep in mind is how far ahead Jimi was. There's concert footage of people at his concerts just standing there, mouths wide open, struggling to comprehend what they were hearing. Acid helped, but it wasn't all acid. Jimi had that effect. It's why the band was called The Jimi Hendrix Experience. First time I heard Vooodoo Child (on headphones very loud) and Machine Gun I did the same.
Dumbest thing I ever did was pass on a free ticket to see Jimi Hendrix the last time he played Chicago. Wish I'd known it was his last.
Brilliant, absolutely brilliant.

Hendrix was a prophet
My dad saw Jimi Hendrix in a small bar before he got famous while drinking with his drinking buddy Richard Gere.

You stoled Pink Floyd
Only JH would do over a Dylan song and make it even greater . No one thought of it . Hendrix made it seamless . Genius .

Простите и извините все кто любил Джими,но его музыка никогда не заходила мне в душу,а вот Дэвида слушаю и сейчас! Мне 65 лет.
Get over this Jimi Hendrix thing he couldn’t even tune his guitar overrated go listen to Stevie Ray Vaughan. He blows Jimi Hendrix out of the water.
