Getting high only gets a person enjoying the process of getting high
Cracking point.
He gets high and uses that feeling as a scientific irrefutable prove of a crazy theory…this is deeply dissapointing
Even though I absolutely detest the term dissociative altar, I have to say Kastrup is entirely on the ball here.
You know the day destroys the night, night divides the day…tried to run, tried to hide…
This is an illusion.
funny, as always
We are living in a dream. Death is really the end of the illusion we call reality. A grand awakening
Chemically altering perception by itself is no more real than driving a car. When altering perception becomes habitual all you've done is desensitized your relationship between your consciousness and your unconsciousness. You can easily cripple yourself. Making up differences in one formation of reality and another is the difference between walking along a cliff and off a cliff. If both realities lead to the same end then the other side(?) is perceptually ambivalent. You are an extension of your unconsciousness. Your consciousness keeps you from walking off the cliff. The drugs stimulate the unconscious to alter conscious perception. Good? Bad? The top of the cliff is all you have. Enjoy the view. thanks
Tripping is the opening of the brain and nervous system’s reducing valve.
I've come to the conclusion that tripping basically causes one to experience their consciousness directly (or an aspect of it). By that I mean, the interpretation of reality is stripped free, and the observation of consciousness itself remains.
So it feels ultra real because it genuinely is. But don't fall into the trap of believing it's better than real, or that reality doesn't exist, or that consciousness is the only thing that exists.
I've got hundreds of hours experience heavy tripping and this is the trap…….
If he doesn't believe the physical world is real he should walk off a building to test.
Why won't he?
Because deep down he knows what's real.
Physical reality.
You don't think so?
Let me snack you in the head with my "imaginary" 2×4
Solopsist drivel
We know it’s not real but a state of mind but how to wake up? And why?
