Dr. Jordan B. Peterson and Dr. Dennis McKenna discuss the entities that exist beyond our reality that users of psychedelic medicine have reportedly been able to contact. Together they examine the causation, the science, the depth of such beings, and how they truly correlate to sections of our own personalities.

Amazing how people who think they are smart talk like this yet after years of sophistry can’t talk about epistemology accurately and their audience wouldn’t understand or be entertained. They would be offended.

I ate mushrooms three times in my life. The first times were pretty good, somewhat mild experiences. The third, and last experience, did not go well at all for me. I had a terrible trip that was so bad, I’ve been fearful to ever dip my toes into psychedelics again. I was in full fight or flight for a long time trying to convince myself I was alright. When I finally got home and alone in my room, I got to a point where my trip became enjoyable. Scary how quick the switch flipped, maybe it’s just not for me.

@roybatty2544 says:

Did my research on it, they're demons. Very much like " Aliens" same thing – demons

DMT is cool and the patterns are but recently I tried 7meodmt through a crack pipe taking the biggest hit I could holding it in then taking 1 more , i tried to talk and belched out a tune and feel like i died and came back to life and was reminded of my true purpose

@Marie-fh9fr says:

I tried a low dose of mushroom tea at a wedding reception once, it honestly cured my body dysmporphia for some years until the self doubt slowly crept back in over time.

@starburstmemories says:

Fascinating exchange there. The only thing I find a tad regretful is that Peterson mostly refers to negative personalities, like rage, or mundane, such as thirst.

I tend to “encounter” personalities that are witty, facetious, curious, humorous, sometimes erotic. And I like it that way!

My guess is I have enough rage and OC disorders by default, my mind doesn’t need to go and build them under the influence of psilocybin.

I did however experience negative experiences, after watching stressful or hateful scenes in films prior to tripping. Obviously not a good idea… But luckily I manage to let them slip away. Meditation practice being part of my life probably helps there.

But apart from that, it’s really interesting to hear these two people talk on the topic of encountering autonomous personalities. Which I absolutely love about mushrooms.

Transpersonal ?
Of course. Were all human, We will dream or trip within human limits.
He KNOWS THAT

@stephenperry3423 says:

Those kinds of experiences only happen if you're there for the trip, if you're there for education, you will meet the angelics, but its not everyone that reaches that place, I've met the GOD CONCIOUSNESS, the great architect, and joined the GOD collective, as well as expanding my own collective

@user-dbdbehcbn says:

Hello from Catholic Ireland. Curiosity is a vice.

Steer clear of these psychedelic realms you allude to. Focus on the end goal which is entering Heaven upon death. Indulging in mind bending drugs like DMT runs the risk of developing a false spirituality that misrepresents the reality that we all die and judgment follows death. This life is a transient opportunity to choose God. Every day counts, time is precious and tomorrow is never guaranteed. The word of God states they today is the day of salvation. Christ is the door to salvation. God bless.

Pray the daily Rosary. Receive the Sacraments. Do good in the world.

@maddap6779 says:

On DMT I always see a jester type cat face like Tom from Tom and Jerry in a sphinx type pose and he always has his tongue out in a flat spiral that pulls me towards it his tongue is like rainbow road from Mario kart. EVERY single trip!

@Markrodney-cc9yo says:

Psychedelics have the ability to induce profound altered states of consciousness.

@19battlehill says:

Karl Jung believed in collective unconsciousness we all shared — well? If that is the case than isn't logical that we are all sharing a collective consciousness? And if that is then what is reality — what are we experiencing now and how do we do this? Key is to understand the human consciousness has evolved — Jung talks about a schizophrenic he treated who told him stuff from ancient world that turned out to be proven true.

@PhilWilkinsonMusic says:

Isn't the very definition of "real" the confirmation of an experience being collective? Who's to say that the entities met in the DMT world are any less "real" than what we all experience collectively in this world?
The mainstream media is a perfect example of how a false collective reality or experience can be induced by repetition or hypnosis. The elites know very well about ritual to achieve their desired outcome.

@grammasgardenofideas5081 says:

fascinating

@DaveSmith091 says:

Psychedelics have the potential to make a significant impact on mental health issues like anxiety and depression. They've been incredibly helpful for me personally.

@calvaguzmanalanalexis9084 says:

I also saw those "mechanical clowns". It blowed my mind that more people had seen the same.
They were like a lot of colorful persons. They didnt have hands. So I. Our arms were melted and joined into one, and all of us were a part of a big meshed / people-web ball made of us, with our arms and legs joined, just rolling over and having fun.
I also saw god, and undestood why they say he es everywhere. That was true in that other dimension. And i had the oportunity of being one with that god and that everything, and a was promised that they would be wanting for me when my last day come. It was just the most bwtyful of all dreams

@zenchiefengineer says:

I heard about a guy who had a girlfriend entity he would meet whenever he took DMT. Once, he had a friend who took some DMT at this guy's house. When he came out of it, he asked if he knew this girl that he met during his trip, that she had a message for him and it was something that only she would know about. So the question becomes: did he talk about this girl to his friend, ever? If not, are these entities localized by geographical location OR biological groups of people?

@eduardoharguindeguy1500 says:

There is an ontological problem in the way they used the word "entities" , they are talking in a metaphorical way, there are only "process" not beings. Nobody knows the transpersonal realm, we only have glimpses and conjectures. Archetypes are metaphores of psychic process not an autonomus being by itself. When we are in this realm of "spiritual' experiencies, all we have are metaphors of an indescribable phenomenon.

@jameskalamus1021 says:

psychedelics might be a trap by highly intelligent non biological entities. At first you think you are in control but later on these entities don t respect your sovereignty. They will do what ever they want to do with you.
