Enjoy your YouTube videos.
Thanks to you both. Love to see the houses with furniture and pictures of the family.
We call that colour cream
If she ever or her children ever of her grandkids ever find need if housing which is quite possible she the daughter will be sorry and ut a not a nice thing to do that to your own parent who raised her well.to let house down.
The two wooden models, both the one at the entrance to the house and the one on the upper floor, represent the typical Nordic church in rural areas of both Sweden and Norway for centuries. The one at the entrance even has decorative crosses distributed on the exterior roofs.
I loved the video,you both are amazing❤
Hey Lesley wonderful video of that Norwegian house. Tragic background story and very touching. Great camerawork from Danny!
Wishing you all the best, peace and kindest regards.
Thank you for sharing ! This is very interesting! I love the house style, the details, the colors. Incredible!

This is really Amazing!!!
She not wanted the ugly paintings because she love modern art.
So many neat things to see. I wish people would be kinder to the family in the comments.
Come on people – Don’t hate on the daughter. You don’t know her situation or why she left things the way she did. Maybe she’s not in good health or lives far away. Please don’t assume horrible things about someone you’ve never met.
There are many, many abandoned buildings in (especially) rural Norway. It varies from abaondoned mining towns, large farms, homesteads, factories and even hospitals. The country has become more and more centralized over the years, leaving much if its culture behind at the countryside.
If you visit abandoned places near the cities, they might look different from the tradtional and abandoned homes of the countryside. Houses, like the one you guys filmed here, simply isn't good enough anymore; the infrastrcture and style isn't modern enough.
You can litterally drive into the mountains or countryside from anywhere, and you'll see plenty of such abandoned places everywhere. Good hunting! I love your videos!
PS: the moedels of those churches are probably meant to be tradtional stave churches (often wrongfully called "viking churches" in English). These models lack the typical dragon ornaments, though.
