Dave Reichert criticizes state GOP's 'chaotic' convention and opponent endorsement
Washington Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Dave Reichert says his state party is in “disarray” after what he called a “chaotic” convention that led to delegates endorsing his opponent.
In his first lengthy comments since he walked out of the weekend convention, Reichert said the process to nominate Semi Bird was a clown show that involved a changing of the rules after it was revealed that Bird was convicted of larceny.
Reichert has polled well above Bird on a statewide level and raised significantly more money than his opponent.
But Democrats seized on the walkout, with Bob Ferguson tweeting, “Dave Reichert: too weak to face his party. He knew he was going to lose, and he knew that he would get booed, so he bailed out of the Republican convention,” and “Dave Reichert lacks the political courage to be Governor.”

You know what I thought I was going to vote for him but I'm not voting for Sammy bird because honestly if he's not going to be endorsing Trump then I won't vote for him maybe we need to get a younger governor in there dead knows what the hell they're doing people are leaving Washington and going to different states because Washington has a lot of rules and regulations I'm a truck driver they're even making it hard on us now because all the Liberals and everything up there is getting ridiculous they need to start opening their eyes and realizing that a lot of people are leaving including truck drivers businesses Washington is now the worst state to live in apparently by a couple newspapers we need to start voting Republican
I did some research on this issue and basically Kevin have like 300 delegates endorsed him and bird has over 1600 so demucrasy wins . Now Kevin is mad and crying loud. Kevin is establishment candidate with a ton of money and bird is people one. Voting for Bird

Lawlessness has never worked in Washington's uniparty's favor. Conventions and conferences are continually interupted by terrorists claiming to be one party or another. No one ever tells them to leave or calls the police. Reichart doesn't need to point this out because it has been the norm for nearly ten years. Until everyone can agree that lawlessness does not work things will continue on this way.
Thank you Dave! This sets up a Trump vs Reichert vote a couple weeks before the Republican National Convention. Voting Reichert for two reasons now: a shift from Inslee-Furgeson-Constantine "progressive" excuses against common sense law enforcement, and big red flag moment in Mr. Trump's long march to defeat again.
GOP is always a clown show and in total disarray. Voters are tired of the performative politics of MAGA.
