Grappling – Part 1: Kilindi Iyi
To see this entire DVD, you can purchase it as well as many others at www.AfricanHistoryNetwork.com
This is a very unique video presentation where Kilindi Iyi demonstrates numerous defenses against grapplers including throws, joint locks and pressure points. This is a fantastic demonstration of the African Martial Arts. Due to the conversion from VHS tape to DVD, there are points where minor skipping of the video occurs. This is still a fantastic demonstration and should be in the collection of anyone who wants to learn more about the African Martial Arts.

THANK YOU so much. Now i will show my son this video on how to defend himself. He is 6'0' at age 13 and is tested by many smaller kids. He says he dont want to fight so this may help. I thank you once again as a single mother for showing these techniques not only for myself but our children. Please continue to support our community with your knowledge. Peace
