Could psychedelics help us heal from trauma and mental illnesses? Researcher Rick Doblin has spent the past three decades investigating this question, and the results are promising. In this fascinating dive into the science of psychedelics, he explains how drugs like LSD, psilocybin and MDMA affect your brain — and shows how, when paired with psychotherapy, they could change the way we treat PTSD, depression, substance abuse and more.

I have to say that psilocybin and LSD are completely unique substances. I, as a clinical psychologist, never interested in Yoga in my life until the event I took huge dose of psilocybin. During the trip I somehow "remembered" how to perform Yoga. The first time in my life I performed Yoga for over an hour in a park while under the effect of psilocybin. This miracle happened 5 months ago but also I had so hard time comprehending what's going on really. After a long consideration I started to upload on Youtube (I am still very amateur but whenever I take psychedelics I am able to remember more and more from my past life. )

@Dan572100 says:

Legalize psychedelics completely, not just for medical use in clinical settings. Legalizing them for medical use only is a bad idea. Clinical settings aren't the best place to trip.

I have been micro dosing on the batch of mushrooms I got from one guy online for the last few months for depression and anxiety and the results has been immeasurable. The world has beauty again whereas before it  was grey and painful.

Sometimes it can be a curse to have to much awareness.

At 14:25, everyone in the audience is like, OMG did Rick give everyone an eighth of shrooms?
