I ground 3.5 grams of dried cubes in a coffee grinder, and then dumped the powder in 2oz of lemon juice. Regarding Aikido created by Morihei Ueshiba in the 19th century, don't see any evidence of any associations of psychedelics/entheogens in Aikido's development.
