The Open Letter, currently sitting with nearly 300 signatures from concerned community members, lays out the dozens of varied accusations against the pair that have surfaced in the past decade, stating that there is “overwhelming evidence” that the two Bufo facilitators have engaged in “reckless, unethical, and potentially criminal behavior.”

Back in the summer of 2017, I was invited to go to Mexico by author and Toad (5-MeO-DMT) facilitator Dr. Gerry Sandoval. He wanted me to come with him to Oaxaca, Mexico up to eat the wild psilocybin mushrooms that grow there. It was already an amazing offer and it hit a new level when he told me both Julian Palmer and Kilindi Iyi would be there as well.

For this episode, I release to you the recording of Julian, Kilindi, Gerry, and I talking about our mushroom experiences the day after the ceremony.

I knew this was going to be an opportunity of a lifetime, not only for myself but for you as well! There was a unique dynamic between us that morning and I knew I wanted to catch it for you. Enjoy.

Your part around 26:0028:00 when u talk about duality left me flabbergasted. I didn't know u have had non-dual experiences yourself brother. It was like hearing my own worldview being spoken out so nuanced and subtle, I wouldn't be able to do myself ;-). Much recognition!

Great interview as well, love it!
Coincidentally heading to Mexico, Oaxaca myself in 2 weeks, I hope to find a good guide/trip facilitator. Curious to see whether the Mexican 'blueprint' will be experientally accessible.

I'll subscribe to a monthly donation btw on your Patreon, best of wishes on the new steps

PLEASE READ: I want to be clear that although I have featured Gerry in this video, as well as the two linked below, that I DO NOT endorse him as a toad medicine facilitator. That said, I am not warning you to steer clear from him. I just want it to be clear that him being on my show as an author and a figure in psychedelic culture does not equate to me endorsing his services.

I have not received or witnessed his facilitation in a structured context and thus cannot confirm or deny its value or safety. I have also heard both very positive and very negative opinions of him over the years. If you choose to seek him out, do so because you did your due diligence in researching him and reviews on his service and decided it was the right fit, not just because he was featured on my show.

thanks and be safe

It would be interesting to see if one of these mushroom aficionados could identify the source of a mushroom taken out of its geographical context. Blind testing, like a wine taster identifying the region of a wine's origin. An easy enough experiment to prove the claims that different mushroom contain an unique historical and cultural blueprint.

A profound conversation with courageous explorers, who’ve done excellent work at articulating collective, yet subjective, experiences where words often fall short.

@andyz4321 says:

That's interesting what someone says in this video about having bad trips and people saying that's punishment or it's the mushrooms punishing you. My only bad trip ever was total punishment I could hear this being showing me bad things about myself. I also felt that beings hands on my back pushing me everywhere I walked in a punishing manner like it was disgusted with me. It was so scary
